Lynn Reynolds

Lynn Reynolds has a diverse work experience spanning several companies. Lynn started their career at Mohawk Industries in 2003, working as a Technical Training Specialist. Lynn then transitioned into the role of LCMS Administrator and eLearning Development Specialist. In 2009, Lynn joined Beaulieu America as an Instructional Designer, where they stayed until 2012. During their time at Beaulieu America, they also took on the roles of Organizational Development Business Analyst and Financial Analyst II/System Manager. In 2017, Lynn joined Engineered Floors, LLC as a Financial Analyst/System Manager. Lynn'smost recent position is as a Technical Analyst at Shaw Industries, where they have been working since 2018.

Lynn Reynolds pursued their education in a diverse range of fields. Lynn began their academic journey in 1985 at Georgia Southern University, where they studied Education until 1988. Later, in 2001, Lynn attended Georgia Northwestern Technical College, focusing on Accounting and Business Management, completing their studies in 2003. In 2014, they obtained a Business Analyst Certificate from UGA Mary Frances Early College of Education. To further enhance their skills, Lynn pursued a Bachelor's Degree in Business Management from Belhaven University between 2015 to 2019. Lynn also acquired additional certifications, including Communication Foundations from LinkedIn in July 2020 and Learning Design Thinking: Lead Change in Your Organization from LinkedIn in October 2019.
