Joe Rheault has extensive work experience in the behavioral health industry. Joe began their career at Havenwyck Hospital in 1993, starting as a Residential Manager and eventually becoming the Director of Plant Operations. In 2016, they joined Havenwyck Center as the Chief Administrator. Most recently, in 2021, they became the Director of Plant Operations at Beaumont Behavioral Health.
Joe Rheault attended Northern Michigan University from 1987 to 1991, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Criminal Justice. Joe later pursued education at Michigan State University from 1993 to 1995, focusing on the field of Education.

A 144-bed facility, Beaumont Behavioral Health provides a full continuum of inpatient behavioral health services across the entire patient population, including specialty programs to serve adolescents, adults and older adults, and perform behavioral health assessments 24 hours a day. Additionally, programs for co-occurring behavioral health and substance use issues will be offered to meet the unique needs of this patient population. The facility will provide a robust outpatient program utilizing a combination of group, family and individual therapy.
