Nikki Beaumont

Nikki Beaumont is the Founder/CEO of Beaumont People, a recruitment company that prioritizes a "People First" approach. Nikki started the company in 2001 and continues to contribute to the community through their work. Nikki is also the Hub Chair for the Leaders for Impact Network in the Northern Rivers region, where they support regional leaders in achieving business success and driving social impact. In addition, they serve as a Member of the Board of Advisors for Bambuddha Group. Prior to these roles, Nikki held the position of General Manager at Olympic Recruitment Centre in 2000 and Branch Manager at Adecco from 1995 to 2000.

Nikki Beaumont completed a Bachelor of Arts degree in Design & Technology from York St. John University from 1985 to 1988. Prior to that, there is no specific education information available.
