At our practice, we are committed to creating a safe and welcoming environment for all our clients. As a creative, inclusive and LGBTQ+ affirming practice, we believe in treating each person with warmth, compassion, and respect. Our goal is to work collaboratively with you to explore your thoughts and feelings and find solutions at your own pace. Our team of dedicated professionals are passionate about helping you achieve real change in your life. We specialize in the integration of the arts and verbal psychotherapy to help people move from a place of feeling stuck to a place of feeling empowered, confident, and creative. Our approach to therapy is relational. Therapy is a co-created and active process; we bring ourselves fully to sessions, encouraging our clients to do the same, in order for them to explore risks, take comfort, and find their own voice. We approach treatment from a person-centered standpoint, matching interventions and approaches to the needs and goals of each client, such as: psychodynamic, humanistic, arts-based approaches, trauma-informed practice, and cognitive behavioral approaches.
