Scott Holbert has a long history of work experience in the tech industry. Scott began their career in 1999 as a Technical Support Supervisor at Eidos Interactive, where they supervised up to nine team members and trained them to provide excellent support for Eidos' 100+ games. In 2011, they joined if(we) as a Senior Support Lead/Test Engineer II, and was later promoted to Senior CE Lead in 2012. In 2017, they moved to The Meet Group as a Test Engineer II, where they performed a full range of QA tasks. In 2018, they joined HelloSign as a Customer Support Representative, where they developed in-depth knowledge of core products and related systems. In 2019, they moved to Dropbox as an Advanced Support - HelloSign Tier 2.5, where they had additional responsibilities including legal process and subpoena response, investigating complex technical and billing-related issues, and HelloSign Community and social media management. Most recently, in 2021, they joined Beautiful.ai as a QA Engineer.
