Anna Kryśko

Anna Kryśko has a diverse work experience in various roles. Anna started their career in 2016 as a Customer Service Specialist at Culinar Polska Sp. z o.o. In 2018, they joined Solutions Lab Sp. z o.o. as a Customer Support Specialist, where they were responsible for daily communication with end-users, solving technical issues, manual testing, and providing business and technical consulting. Anna also participated in the implementation of new products/tools, conducted user needs research, and created documentation.

In 2019, Anna transitioned to the role of Tester at TIKROW and later joined Fitness Klub ZDROFIT as a Group Fitness Instructor. In 2021, they became a QA Engineer at iteo, specializing in quality assurance. Currently, they work at UNUM as a QA Engineer, starting in 2022.

Anna Kryśko obtained a Magister inżynier (Mgr inż.) degree in Biotechnology from Szkoła Główna Gospodarstwa Wiejskiego w Warszawie in the academic year 2011-2012. Additionally, they have obtained certifications in ISTQB FL from AmberTeam Testing in December 2021 and PRINCE2 from PeopleCert in May 2018.
