Matthew Kamakani Lynch

Matthew Kamakani Lynch is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in sustainability, arts, and community engagement. Currently, Lynch serves as the Company Owner of Beautiful Emergence Records and teaches at the Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health. As Principal at Matthew K. Lynch Design & Consulting, diverse projects include artist development and regenerative entrepreneurship. Lynch’s role as Bertha Artivist Fellow focuses on empowering activist artists, while serving as Senior Advisor to Landback Initiatives at Sustainable Molokai emphasizes community ownership. Previous positions include Director of Sustainability Initiatives at the University of Hawai‘i System, President of the Board of Directors at Kahumana Organic Farm, and Founding Director of the Asia-Pacific Center for Regenerative Design.
