Ayushi Agrawal has a diverse range of work experience in the marketing and design fields. Ayushi began their career as a Research Intern at DWARKA GEMS INTERNATIONAL LTD, where they worked with precious and semi-precious materials and collaborated with creative directors and international clients. Ayushi then moved on to work as a Design Researcher at KICHU, where they managed production, conducted market research, and developed innovative design briefs. Ayushi also worked as a Jewellery Designer at Tribe Amrapali, focusing on experimental projects and emphasizing on ideation. Ayushi then joined DS Smith as an Innovation Consultant, followed by a role as a PR and Marketing Associate at Holition. Most recently, Ayushi has been employed at Beauty by Holition, first as a Business Development Associate where they contributed to product strategy and vision, and currently as a Marketing Manager. In this role, they are responsible for implementing marketing campaigns, creating social media content, and driving new product designs.
Ayushi Agrawal has a diverse educational background with a focus on creative strategy, business development, and design. From 2018 to 2020, Ayushi pursued an MA in Innovation Management (Distinction) at the University of the Arts London, specializing in Creative Strategy and Business Development. Prior to that, from 2013 to 2017, Ayushi completed a Bachelor of Design (Distinction) in Industrial and Product Design at the National Institute of Fashion Technology in India. Additionally, Ayushi attended Seedling Modern High School in Jaipur, Rajasthan from 2007 to 2013, with a focus on medical science.
In terms of certifications, Ayushi has obtained the A1 Level in German Language from the Goethe Institut Indien in November 2021. Ayushi has also achieved certifications in UX research methods, specifically in card sorting and lean experimentation, from LinkedIn in January 2020.
