Doug Gillespie

Doug Gillespie is the CEO of Beauty by Imagination, a leading manufacturer of haircare products. Prior to this role, Doug was the CEO of Aden & Anais, Inc., where Doug oversaw operations of a $120 million baby products company. Doug also held positions at Waveny LifeCare Network, Insignia Capital Group, Harvest Hill Beverage Company, and Jarden Corporation. With a background in marketing, Doug has experience at companies such as Munchkin, Inc., Brown-Forman, Inc., and E*TRADE Group, Inc. Doug holds degrees from Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management and Vanderbilt University.
