Jeannie Jarnot

Jeannie Jarnot has over 20 years of experience in the beauty and spa industry. Jeannie began their career in 1997 as an Assistant Spa Director at The Spa at Norwich Inn. Jeannie then moved on to become an Assistant Spa Director at The Claremont Resort and Spa in 1999, and Spa Director at The Four Seasons, San Francisco (SCLA) in 2001. In 2003, they were appointed Director of Spa and Retail Operations at The Carneros Inn, where they created an original spa offering and custom designed a hotel amenity line. From 2012 to 2014, they served as Vice President of Operations and Business Development at Xercise Lab, where they identified and implemented operational systems, designed and manufactured a skincare and high end fitness clothing line, managed all aspects of the development of the online retail store, managed all aspects of Human Resources and Revenue Reporting, and oversaw all domestic and international business development activity. In 2014, Jeannie founded Beauty Heroes, a healthy beauty discovery platform and retailer with the most stringent ingredient standard in beauty. Jeannie is a champion of independent brands and has disrupted the beauty subscription model with Beauty Heroes' Monthly Beauty Discovery.

Jeannie Jarnot completed their high school diploma at Hawaii School for Girls, La Pietra in 1992. Jeannie then went on to pursue a Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management at Cornell University, which they completed in 1996.
