Chuck Melick

Chuck Melick has a wide range of work experience in various roles related to people, culture, talent, and organizational development. Chuck is currently working as the Director of People & Culture at Beauty Industry Group since November 2019. Prior to this, they were the Senior Director of Culture, Talent & Organizational Development at Spring Mobile/Prime Communications from May 2017 to November 2019. Chuck also served as the Vice President of Employee Development at CLEARLINK from October 2012 to May 2017. Before that, Chuck was the Director of Employee Training & Development at MonaVie from November 2008 to April 2012. Chuck also worked as a Sr. Manager of Learning & Organizational Development at eBay, Inc. from May 2005 to October 2008. Preceding their time at eBay, Chuck was the Owner/Consultant at Chuck Melick & Associates, Inc. from January 1998 to May 2005. Chuck also worked as an Organizational Development Consultant at Novell from August 1995 to May 1997 and as the Vice President of Training/Organizational Development at First Security Bank from May 1988 to July 1995.

Chuck Melick obtained their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Human Resources Development from Brigham Young University, where they studied from 1977 to 1983. Following this, from 1992 to 1994, they pursued their Master of Science (M.S.) in Organizational Development at Pepperdine Graziadio Business School.
