Karina Mortenson-Salt's work experience includes a diverse range of roles in the customer service and management fields. Karina began their career in 2002 as a Manager of Customer Service at GE Corporate Payment Services, where they managed a team of customer service representatives and developed relationships with the India-GECIS team. In 2004, they joined GE Money Bank as a Loan Processing Supervisor, where they managed teams and served as a liaison between operations and sales teams. Karina then worked at WEX as a Senior Team Lead from 2006 to 2014, and at Gilardi & Co. LLC as a Contact Center Manager from 2014 to 2015. In 2016, they became an Assistant Manager of Customer Service at Byram Healthcare. Since 2017, they have held roles at Beauty Industry Group, first as a Customer Service Manager and later as a Brand Servicing Director.
Karina Mortenson-Salt pursued their education at the University of Phoenix from 2006 to 2007, obtaining a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Management. During this time, they focused their studies on the field of Business Administration and Management, delving into various aspects of the subject.
