Karina Mortenson-Salt's work experience includes a diverse range of roles in the customer service and management fields. Karina began their career in 2002 as a Manager of Customer Service at GE Corporate Payment Services, where they managed a team of customer service representatives and developed relationships with the India-GECIS team. In 2004, they joined GE Money Bank as a Loan Processing Supervisor, where they managed teams and served as a liaison between operations and sales teams.
