TATIANA MIKULE

Tatiana Mikule has over 15 years of experience in the retail industry. TATIANA currently works at Beauty Industry Group as a Senior Brand Manager, where they have held various brand management roles since 2018. Prior to this, Mikule worked at SalonCentric - A Division of L'Oreal USA as a Multi-Unit Store Manager from 2015 to 2018, where they consistently achieved sales growth and was recognized for their leadership abilities. TATIANA also has experience as a Co-Manager at ANN INC. and Forever 21, where they demonstrated strong management skills and contributed to the success of the stores. Mikule began their career at JcPenney as a Sales Associate. Throughout their career, they have been responsible for employee management, sales growth, visual merchandising, and customer service. Mikule is skilled in training and development, project management, and conflict resolution.
