Nadya Matthias

Nadya Matthias currently holds the position of Director of Retention Marketing, CRM and Loyalty at Beauty Pie since September 2023. Prior experience includes a range of roles at FARFETCH from August 2017 to July 2023, culminating as Senior Head of CRM, after serving as Head of CRM, Senior CRM Manager, and CRM Manager. Nadya also worked at Parfums Christian Dior, LVMH, from October 2015 to July 2017 as a CRM Manager and Senior CRM Executive. Previous positions include CRM Executive and Marketing Assistant at THE OUTNET.COM, Net-A-Porter Group (June 2013 - October 2015), an Account Executive at Interbrand (April 2011 - May 2013), and internships at Browns SMS Ltd and art partner. Nadya holds a BA Joint Hons degree in French and Spanish, Modern Languages from the University of Nottingham, completed in 2010.
