Paul Trainor McIps

Paul Trainor MCIPS has a strong background in supply chain management and strategic sourcing. Paul is currently serving as the Global Head of Supplier Relationship Management at Beauty Pie, where they oversee the supply strategy for luxury skin, hair, body care, color cosmetics, fragrance, and supplements. Prior to this role, Paul was the Head of Manufacturing at Vatic, responsible for the end-to-end supply strategy and procurement for a global lateral flow test. Paul also worked as the Director of Virolens Global Cartridge Manufacturing Licensing at TT Electronics plc, where they established a network of global manufacturing partners for COVID-19 testing. Earlier in their career, Paul spent a significant amount of time at GSK, where they held the position of Global Head of Strategic Sourcing External Manufacturing and Innovation, overseeing operational, strategic, and transformational aspects of external supply.

Paul Trainor MCIPS completed their education from 1986 to 1990 at London Metropolitan University, where they studied Business Studies with a Post Graduate in Purchasing in Supply and CIPS. Paul also obtained a certification from the Chartered Institute of Purchasing and Supply.
