Desirey Ayers

Desirey Ayers has a diverse work experience beginning in 2014 as an Administrative Assistant at Erin Lane Estate. In this role, they prepared and managed product advertisements on various e-commerce websites, prepared and edited photos and descriptions of products for online display, and assisted in selling products in-store on occasion. In 2016, they became a Fulfillment Associate at Beautylish, where they conducted quality inspection of products, sorted and organized orders by shipment priority, and accurately picked products from inventory. In 2018, they began working at Martinni Beauty, Inc. as a Brand Marketing Manager, where they utilized HootSuite to schedule and manage social media accounts, created and published designs for online and print marketing campaigns, and developed marketing strategies for trade shows and in-house. Additionally, they served as a Tradeshow Coordinator, coordinating hotel, flight, and car rental accommodations, traveling and managing trade shows, and researching and collecting information on venues for future trade shows. Finally, they worked at SailGoldenGate Consulting as an Office Manager + Technical Analyst, where they on-boarded new hires, maintained employee/personnel records, and audit records to ensure accurate information, and maintained a strong pipeline of passive and active candidates. In 2019, they returned to Beautylish as a Creative Assistant Producer, where they contributed to brainstorming concepts and designs for campaigns, created and maintained project schedules for all assets from brief through final asset delivery, and communicated any changes as they arose.

Desirey Ayers earned a Bachelor of Business Administration - BBA from California State University - East Bay between 2013 and 2017, where they studied Business Administration and Management, Marketing.
