Lydia Lim

Lydia Lim is an accomplished Senior Formulator at Beauty Manufacturing Solutions Corp since November 2022, previously holding the position of Formulator III. With extensive experience in research and development, Lydia contributed significantly as a Research and Development Chemist at BeautiControl from 2006 to 2017, where new formulas for skin care and cosmetic products were developed. Prior to this role, Lydia served as a Formulation Chemist at Carrington Laboratories from 2004 to 2006, focusing on private label products and consulting on formulation solutions. An early career as an Apprentice Perfumer at Creative Fragrances from 2001 to 2004 involved fragrance creation for various personal care products. Lydia holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Food Science and Technology from Louisiana State University, obtained in December 2000.
