Nelly Pitt has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Nelly is currently the Founder & CEO of BeautyMix, which they started in 2018. Nelly has successfully grown the company from 2 to 15 employees and focuses on empowering individuals to create their own skincare, haircare, and cleaning products.

Prior to founding BeautyMix, Nelly worked as the Process Department Manager at SIDEM from October 2013 to December 2017. Nelly was responsible for managing the department's operations during this time.

Before their role at SIDEM, Nelly worked at the Shanghai Pudong Veolia Water JV as the Technical Director from March 2010 to October 2013. Nelly learned Mandarin and was the only foreigner invited to attend the monthly Shanghai Water Bureau meeting. Nelly'sresponsibilities included the production and distribution of water to a population of 3.4 million inhabitants.

Nelly's work experience also includes a role as a Senior Process Engineer at Veolia Water Australia from March 2007 to February 2010. Nelly received the IDA young leader award for their environmental protection work on the Gold Coast Desalination Project. Nelly'srole involved process support, water quality management, environmental management, plant laboratory operations, and pilot plant testing.

Nelly started their career as a Process Engineer at Veolia Water, Israel in March 2006. Despite the challenging circumstances of the Israel-Hezbollah war, Nelly operated the largest desalination plant at the time, the Ashkelon SWRO Desalination plant. Nelly focused on optimizing the process and preparing technical reports.

Nelly also gained practical experience through an internship at Veolia Water, Paris from September 2005 to February 2006.

Nelly Pitt's education history starts in 2001 when they attended École Polytechnique. Nelly studied there for three years until 2004, but the degree and field of study are not known. In 2004, they then pursued a Master of Science degree in Environmental Engineering and Science at Stanford University. This program lasted for one year, ending in 2005. Following a significant gap, Nelly returned to their education in 2011 at emlyon business school, where they completed a STREAM program in Veolia Corporate MBA, finishing in 2012.
