Andy Lane

Andy Lane is a Land Use Attorney at Cairncross & Hempelmann, with extensive experience in land use and environmental regulatory matters. Lane has served as a member of the City of Leavenworth Planning Commission since 2008. Previously, Lane worked as a Deputy Prosecuting Attorney in the Civil Division of Snohomish County from July 2002 to August 2004, where responsibilities included advising on land use issues, defending the County in appeals, and coordinating legal reviews. Other roles include serving as Of Counsel at Foster Pepper & Shefelman, PLLC, and a Contract Attorney/Law Clerk at the Growth Management Hearings Board. Lane's educational background includes a Juris Doctor from Seattle University School of Law and a Bachelor of Science in Forest Resources and Conservation from the University of Florida.
