Andy Lane is a Land Use Attorney at Cairncross & Hempelmann, with extensive experience in land use and environmental regulatory matters. Lane has served as a member of the City of Leavenworth Planning Commission since 2008. Previously, Lane worked as a Deputy Prosecuting Attorney in the Civil Division of Snohomish County from July 2002 to August 2004, where responsibilities included advising on land use issues, defending the County in appeals, and coordinating legal reviews.
