Bob Seidel

Bob Seidel is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in corporate law, particularly in capital formation, mergers and acquisitions. Currently a Partner at Cairncross & Hempelmann since September 1996, Bob Seidel provides counsel to start-up and middle market companies, focusing on equity and compensation programs. Prior to this role, Bob Seidel was a Partner at Foster Pepper PLLC, where the emphasis was on financing and mergers and acquisitions for public and private companies, especially within financial institutions.
