Ernest Thaxton, Jr. possesses extensive experience in manufacturing engineering, currently serving as a Manufacturing Engineer at Beaver Aerospace & Defense, Inc. since November 2006. Key responsibilities include processing the manufacture of aerospace ballscrew assemblies, drafting process drawings, troubleshooting on the shop floor, and collaborating with Quality Assurance for continuous improvement.
