Schoenfeldt Mary

Schoenfeldt Mary has extensive experience in customer service and management, currently serving as the Customer Service Manager at Beaver Aerospace & Defense, Inc. since 1983, overseeing a team of four customer service representatives and managing all aspects of customer contact and account servicing. Prior to this role, Schoenfeldt held various positions at Ford Motor Company from 1974 to 1979, including roles as Executive Secretary and work in production focused on engineering for vehicles projected five years ahead. Schoenfeldt obtained Supervisory Certification in Management from the American Society of Employers between 2004 and 2005 and has also participated in community college evening classes.
