Monroe Adams

Monroe Adams has a diverse background in production and continuous improvement, currently serving as Production Lead at Beaver Street Fisheries since March 2022. Prior experience includes roles as Continuous Improvement Lead and Production Lead at The Kraft Heinz Company from November 2018 to March 2022, as well as a Machine Operator position at West Fraser from May 2015 to June 2016. Additionally, Monroe worked as a Deli Cook at Winn-Dixie between November 2013 and June 2016. Monroe holds a Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice/Police Science from Edward Waters College, earned from 2015 to 2019.
