Thomas Gathman is an experienced facilities leader with a diverse background in engineering and property management. Currently serving as the Facilities Leader at Beaver Toyota St. Augustine since December 2022, Gathman previously held key engineering roles including Chief Engineer at Courtyard by Marriott and Perry's Ocean Edge Resort, as well as Chief Maintenance Engineer at Hampton Inn Daytona/Ormond Beach. Gathman's career includes notable leadership positions such as Complex Director of Engineering at HIGHGATE HOTELS INTERNATIONAL LTD., where responsibilities included overseeing engineering departments and participating in major decisions.
