Jean - Nicolas Fassin

Jean-Nicolas Fassin is currently the Vice President of Corporate Development and General Counsel at BVI Medical. Prior to their current role, Jean-Nicolas held positions such as Senior Manager in Corporate Finance / M&A at BDO Belgium and Strategy Consultant at McKinsey & Company. With a background in law, Jean-Nicolas has also worked as a Senior Associate at Arendt & Medernach and as an Associate at Willkie Farr & Gallagher LLP. Fassin holds an MBA from London Business School, an LLM from Columbia Law School, and undergraduate and Master's degrees in Law from the University of Liège. Additionally, Jean-Nicolas has pursued executive education in areas such as Venture Capital, ESG Investing, and Strategic Marketing Management.
