Mathilde Shaw is an experienced professional with over a decade of expertise in customer service and product management at BVI Medical. Since September 2011, Mathilde has excelled in various roles including CustomEyes Product Manager - International, where responsibilities encompass high-level customer service for French-speaking and UK-based clients, order processing, and distributor liaison. Previous positions at BVI Medical involved leadership in customer service, integration processes, pricing coordination, and managing kit operations. Prior to this, Mathilde served as a Modern Languages teacher at Highland Council from 2008 to 2011, successfully reintroducing senior level languages into the curriculum and preparing students for national exams. Mathilde holds a Professional Graduate Diploma in Education from Aberdeen University and a degree in LLCE anglais from Université Paris Sorbonne.
