Amanda Sprague is the Senior Director of Residential Services at Beaverbrook STEP, Inc. Amanda has over three years of experience working with clients with autism spectrum disorder and other special needs. Amanda is responsible for the design and implementation of applied behavior analysis (ABA) treatment programs for clients. Amanda also trains staff, parents, and other professionals to implement ABA treatment plans. In addition, Amanda conducts face-to-face supervision for clients in assigned regions, and attends IEP, IFSP, and transition meetings to present the client’s present level of performance, progress on current goals, and proposed goals. Amanda is a highly dedicated and experienced professional who is committed to helping their clients reach their full potential.
Amanda Sprague has a Bachelor's in Psychology from Smith College, a BCBA Course Sequence in Behavior Analysis from Florida Institute of Technology, and a Master's of Education in Clinical Mental Health Counseling; Marriage & Family Therapy from Springfield College. Amanda is certified from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and from the North Carolina Board of Licensed Professional Counselors as a Licensed Professional Counselor. Amanda is also certified from the Board of Registration of Allied Mental Health and Human Services Profession as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor.
