David Oliver is a seasoned pastry chef with extensive experience in high-end hospitality. They served as Head Pastry Chef at Connaught Hotel from 2012 to 2015 and held various executive pastry roles at Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts and Simon Rogan Restaurants through 2022. David has also contributed to education as a pastry lecturer at Le Cordon Bleu, both in 2016 and currently at Le Cordon Bleu London since 2022.
