Beth Holdsclaw is a pastry chef who got their start in the food industry as a baker at Bruegger's Bagels. Beth later worked as a line cook at Twisted Fork before landing their current position at Rocky Top Hospitality. Beth is known for their creative and delicious desserts, which have earned their rave reviews from both customers and critics alike.

Beth Holdsclaw has a Wilton Cake Decorating Classes certificate in Cake Decorating, a Bachelor's degree in Culinary Arts Management from The Art Institutes, and a High School diploma from North Raleigh Christian Academy.

They work with Jonathan Wilson - Executive Sous Chef, Jose Guzman - Sous Chef, and Shawnee Corbett - Pastry Sous Chef. Their manager is Spencer Carter, Culinary Director.
