Deron Schwieterman

Deron Schwieterman has extensive work experience in the education sector. Starting in 1992, they worked as a substitute teacher at Beavercreek City Schools until 1994. From there, they transitioned into a 5th grade teacher role until 2003. Subsequently, they became an assistant principal for a year before being promoted to principal, where they served until 2010. Finally, Deron took on the position of Director of Human Resources at Beavercreek City Schools, a role they still hold.

From 1986 to 1991, Deron Schwieterman attended the University of Dayton, earning a Bachelor of Science degree in Elementary Education and Teaching. Later, from 1998 to 2000, they achieved a Master of Education degree with a focus on Educational Leadership and Administration, General from the same university.
