Beavers Inc. was founded on June 3, 1985 with three Orange Julius restaurants located in Panama City, Pensacola, And Fort Walton Beach, Florida. In October of 1986, Beavers Inc. opened their first Arby's restaurant on Eglin Parkway in Fort Walton Beach. The Arby's brand is owned and licensed by Arby's Restaurant Group, Inc., which currently has over 3,400 franchise restaurants world-wide. After opening their first Arby's franchise, the company's strategic goal shifted away from Orange Julius and towards Arby's. In 1988 and 1991, two more Arby's were opened while the Orange Julius franchises were closed. Currently, Beavers Inc. owns and operates 56 Arby's franchised restaurants thoughout the Southeastern United States.
