Dahviya E.

Dahviya E. has diverse work experience spanning over several years. Dahviya began their career as an Assistant Program Director and Instructor at Pioneer Pacific College from February 2004 to June 2006. During their time there, they managed and educated students on various aspects of pharmacy, including pharmacy law, terminology, and inventory control.

From January 2006 to January 2007, Dahviya worked as a Pharmaceutical Sales Representative at IQVIA/Eli Lilly. Following this, they joined Novartis as a Pharmaceutical Sales Representative from January 2007 to January 2008, achieving sales growth and earning recognition for their performance.

In 2008, Dahviya joined Abbott as a Pharmaceutical Sales Representative and successfully launched a new drug, Simcor. Dahviya also coordinated efforts with team members and partners in a team environment.

Dahviya then transitioned to the American University of the Caribbean School of Medicine, where they served as a Recruiter/Enrollment Manager from August 2008 to April 2011. From May 2011 to April 2016, Dahviya took on the role of Sabbatical as the primary caregiver for their family. During this time, they pursued a Master of Education in Special Education Program at Concordia University and obtained Special Education Licensure for the state of Oregon.

In 2016, Dahviya worked as a Substitute Teacher at Portland Public Schools, providing instruction across various subjects and adapting curriculum to meet individual student needs.

Most recently, Dahviya has been working as a Learning Specialist at Beaverton School District since August 2017. In this role, they create and facilitates lessons, collaborates with students' teams, and promotes academic functioning and learning for students with Individualized Education Plans.

Dahviya E. completed their education history with a Master of Education (M.Ed.) degree in Special Education and Teaching from Concordia University-Portland, where they studied from 2015 to 2017.
