David Seung

David Seung has a diverse work experience in various industries. David started their career as a Tour Guide at Portland Walking Tours in 2019, where they worked until 2020. In 2019, they also joined High Shelf Press as an Editor and worked there until 2021. Simultaneously, they served as a Tour Guide at Portland Review from 2020 to 2021. David then transitioned to working as a Barista at Jim and Patty's Coffee from 2021 to 2022. In 2022, they pursued their passion for food by becoming a Food Tour Guide at Secret Food Tours and a Food Blogger at Side Dish Mafia. David also worked as a Substitute Teacher at Beaverton School District during the same period. In 2022, they took on a role as a Contract Copywriter at C2 Graphics Productivity Solutions, working until 2023. Currently, David holds the position of Chief Executive Officer at Side Dish Mafia Food Tours from 2023. Additionally, they have experience as a Private Tutor since 2020.

David Seung completed their Master of Fine Arts (MFA) degree in Creative Writing from Portland State University from 2020 to 2022. Prior to that, they obtained their Bachelor of Arts (BA) in English Writing from Wheaton College, which they pursued from 2015 to 2019.
