Jesse Rench has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. They started their career in 2000 as a Certified Teacher with Pasco School District No. 1, where they worked until 2008. Following that, Jesse served as a Pastor to Children and Families at Portland First Church of the Nazarene from 2008 to 2013. They then transitioned to working as a Soccer Coach at Soccer Shots of Portland from 2012 to 2014. Moving forward, Jesse worked as an Independent Skills Center Teacher at Beaverton School District from 2015 to 2018. They then joined Peoria Unified School District in 2018 as an Adult Transition Center Teacher at Cactus High School, a role that lasted until 2020. Currently, Jesse is employed as a Community Transition Program Special Education Teacher with Beaverton School District, a position they have held since 2020.
Jesse Rench has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Elementary Education from Northwest Nazarene University, which was obtained from 1995 to 1999. In 2000 to 2002, Jesse pursued further education at Heritage University and earned a Master of Education (MEd) degree in Professional Development with a focus on Special Education. Additionally, from 2009 to 2012, Jesse undertook a Course of Study for Ordination at Northwest Nazarene University.
