Kari Downey

Kari Downey began their work experience as a Primary Support Specialist and Teacher at the Beaverton School District in 2010. Kari then took on the roles of RTI and Kindergarten teacher, as well as a 4th grade teacher. In 2013, they held the position of 4th grade teacher. Prior to their time at the Beaverton School District, Kari worked as a 3rd and 4th grade teacher at NEISD from 1999 to 2001.

Kari Downey's education history includes earning a Master of Arts degree in Education and Psychology from the University of Iowa from 1989 to 1993. Kari also obtained a certificate/license in Administration from Lewis & Clark College between 2010 and 2012.
