Kristin Sprauer

Kristin Sprauer has a diverse work experience. Kristin worked as an Academic Coach at Instructional Connections, LLC, where they developed relationships with staff and faculty. Kristin also worked as a Licensed Substitute Teacher K-12 at Beaverton School District, improving their leadership capabilities by working with youth in various subject areas. Additionally, Kristin worked as a Behavior Specialist at Integrative Behavioral Consulting LLC, where they conducted background reviews, observations, and interviews to create safety plans and support plans for clients. In a previous role as a School and Community Outreach Coordinator (CSOC) at a School District, they focused on donation solicitation and procurement for youth and staff. Before that, they were an Entrepreneur and CEO at Kristin Sprauer Styling, where they managed the company's promotional and networking aspects. Lastly, they worked as a Sales Manager at SEPHORA, overseeing staff scheduling, supply inventory, and promoting a positive work culture.

Kristin Sprauer obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Social Sciences from Western Oregon University in 2008. Kristin then pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Entrepreneurship/Entrepreneurial Studies from Southeastern Oklahoma State University, beginning in 2020 and completing it in 2022. In addition to their academic qualifications, Kristin Sprauer also holds a certification as an Oregon Intevention Systems (OIS) Certified professional, which they obtained in December 2021 from the State of Oregon.
