Mitch Haines has a diverse work experience that spans several years. Mitch currently works as a Technology Teacher for the Beaverton School District, where they create and implements lesson plans for students in grades 6-8. Mitch also served as a Pledge Educator for the Alpha Kappa Psi - Theta Chapter, where they educated new members and assisted in recruitment efforts.

Mitch Haines completed their education by obtaining a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Communication and Media Studies from Oregon State University. Mitch graduated from Aloha High School in 2010, prior to attending university.
