Mitch Haines

Mitch Haines has a diverse work experience that spans several years. Mitch currently works as a Technology Teacher for the Beaverton School District, where they create and implements lesson plans for students in grades 6-8. Mitch also ensures the safety of confidential information and collaborates with administration and other technology teachers.

Prior to this, Mitch worked as a Bartender at Vertigo Brewing, where they fostered relationships with patrons and enforced code directed by the Oregon Liquor Control Commission. Mitch also worked autonomously in a fast-paced environment to meet the needs of the customers.

Before that, Mitch was a Special Education Paraeducator at the Beaverton School District. In this role, they developed relationships with special education students and helped them develop life and employment skills. Mitch also managed and led the classroom in the absence of the primary teacher.

Mitch also has experience as a Senior Bartender at Clodfelter's Public House, where they managed a large staff and interacted with promotional partners. Mitch ensured till accuracy during busy hours and maintained high sales.

Additionally, Mitch worked as a Weekend Lead/Customer Service representative at Cafe Yumm!, where they managed weekend crews and interacted with customers to ensure their orders were correct.

Mitch's early work experience includes roles such as Vice President of Alumni Relations for the Alpha Kappa Psi - Theta Chapter, Customer Service Representative at Oregon State UHDS, and Waiter/Cashier at Baskin Robbins. Mitch also served as a Pledge Educator for the Alpha Kappa Psi - Theta Chapter, where they educated new members and assisted in recruitment efforts.

Mitch Haines completed their education by obtaining a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Communication and Media Studies from Oregon State University. Mitch graduated from Aloha High School in 2010, prior to attending university.
