Stephanie Joiner has a diverse work experience in the education and engineering sectors. Stephanie started their career as a Mathematics Tutor at Louisiana Tech University in 2007 and expanded their role to include mentoring in 2009. In 2010, they worked as an Engineering Intern at GAF Elk Materials Corporation. Stephanie then joined Novel Aire Technologies as a Controls Engineer for a brief period in 2011. Stephanie pursued their graduate studies at Georgia Tech Research Institute from 2011 to 2013, specializing in Electrical and Computer Engineering with a focus on control theory and telecommunications. During this time, they also worked as a teaching assistant. In 2013, Stephanie joined Fulton County Schools as an Educator, teaching Accelerated Algebra I and Geometry. Stephanie Joiner holds a Master's degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology, which they obtained from 2011 to 2013. Prior to that, they acquired a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from Louisiana Tech University, where they studied from 2007 to 2011.
