Tamra Bake

Tamra Bake has a varied work experience that spans over several years. Their most recent position was as a Licensed Substitute Teacher at the Beaverton School District, starting in September 2017. Prior to that, Tamra worked as a Private Tutor specializing in essay writing and ACT/SAT test prep since 1999. In this role, they assisted college-bound students with their college readiness, Advanced Placement writing, ACT/SAT test prep, college applications, and scholarship essay writing. Tamra was proficient in various student/teacher computer-based tools.

Tamra also worked as an Instructional Assistant at the Beaverton School District from September 2016 to June 2017. In this role, they instructed groups of students using the Reading Intervention IRLA/LLI program, focusing on inferential reading techniques and supporting ESL and SPED students.

Additionally, Tamra worked as an Instructor at College Bound Test Prep from 2005 to 2015.

Tamra Bake attended Brigham Young University from 1987 to 1991. During this time, they pursued a Bachelor's Degree and specialized in History as their major. In addition, they opted for a Geography minor and obtained a certification in Secondary Education.
