Greg Coffey

Greg Coffey is an experienced leader in the homebuilding industry, currently serving as Division President at Beazer Homes since January 2017. With a comprehensive background that includes roles such as Market Manager, Vice President of Operations, and Director of Operations, Greg oversees various departments including construction, customer care, purchasing, planning, and design. Prior to Beazer Homes, Greg held significant positions at Pulte Group, Inc. from 2005 to January 2017, including Director of Construction Operations and Construction Manager. Greg holds a Bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences - Secondary Education from Appalachian State University, earned between 1999 and 2003.
