Andrew Dray ACII has extensive experience in the insurance and underwriting sectors, currently serving as the Global Head of Shared Services and Group Head of Underwriting Operations at Beazley since September 2019. Prior roles included Ceded Reinsurance Operations Manager at Beazley, Senior Change Manager and Interim Head of the London Market Underwriting Centre at Hiscox, and Claims & Operations Manager at Pioneer Underwriters. Andrew's career began at BMS Group, where a progression from Claims & Premium Technician to Senior Broker highlighted expertise in property and casualty claims. Educational foundations were established at Chigwell School and Gidea Park College.
