Andy Roberts is an accomplished data science leader with extensive experience in analytics and business intelligence across multiple industries. Currently serving as Head of Data Science at Beazley since April 2023, Andy previously held key roles at Allianz Insurance, including Head of Analytics and Head of Data - Claims. Prior experience includes serving as Commercial Systems and Reporting Manager for Microbiology at Thermo Fisher Scientific and Business Manager at Farnham Heath End. With a solid foundation at IBM, Andy progressed through various positions, ultimately becoming the Business Intelligence Development Lead in IT Outsourcing. Educational qualifications include a Certificate in Machine Learning from Stanford University, Chartered Management Accountant accreditation from The Chartered Institute of Management Accountants, and a BSc (Hons) in Computer Science from Cardiff University.
