Cameron McCoy

Cameron McCoy is a seasoned professional in corporate law and finance with extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions, private equity, and corporate restructuring. Currently serving as Product Leader and Underwriter at Beazley since February 2020, Cameron previously held the title of Senior Underwriter at AIG from January 2018 to January 2020. Prior to that, significant experience includes working as an Associate in the Corporate M&A team at Clifford Chance LLP and as a General Associate focused on Corporate Markets at Baker & McKenzie, where Cameron advised notable companies on high-value transactions. Cameron began the legal career as a Corporate Lawyer at Clayton Utz, specializing in equity capital markets and has a solid academic foundation, holding a Bachelor of Laws (First Class Honours) and a Bachelor of Commerce, both from the University of Sydney, along with an international legal program at Erasmus University Rotterdam.
