Kristina Domazetoska

Kristina Domazetoska has a diverse work experience. Kristina is currently working as a Technical Delivery Lead at Beazley, starting in September 2022. Prior to this, they worked at Endava from 2016 to 2021, where they held various roles including Senior Agile Project Manager, Project Manager/Scrum Master, and Project Coordinator. At Endava, they were responsible for leading teams, promoting agile ways of working, coaching teams in agile adoption, delivering trainings, and facilitating scrum ceremonies, among other responsibilities.

Before joining Endava, Kristina worked at Eptisa as a Project Assistant, where they coordinated a team and engaged with public utility companies to develop a national water study. Additionally, they worked at Insala - Talent Development and Mentoring Solutions as a Project Manager and Implementation Consultant, managing the implementation of alumni programs and mentoring mobile web applications for clients worldwide.

Kristina's earlier work experience includes serving as a Graduate Assistant at the University of Dallas, Graduate School of Management, working as an Intern at American Corner Struga, iDevelop, and BBGM - British Business Group, and also as a Marketing Assistant at iDevelop.

Kristina Domazetoska has a diverse and extensive education history. Kristina completed their Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in Electronic Business at the University St Cyril and Methodius, Skopje from 2006 to 2010. Kristina then pursued Master studies in International Business at Prague University of Economics and Business from 2010 to 2012.

In 2011, Kristina Domazetoska also attended an English Language Program at the University of Pennsylvania. Later, from 2011 to 2013, they obtained an MBA with a specialization in Project Management from The University of Dallas.

In addition to their formal education, Kristina Domazetoska has also obtained several certifications. Kristina acquired the Professional Scrum Master I (PSM I) certification from Scrum.org in 2022 and the PSPO - Professional Scrum Product Owner I certification in 2021. In 2016, they obtained certifications in Social Leadership, Lean Startup Principles for Social Enterprises, and Social Entrepreneurship 101 from NovoEd.
