Mark Skarupa has extensive experience in technical support and service desk roles, beginning with a position as Tech Support at Modem Media from 1999 to 2001 and progressing through various roles, including Support Tech at Helpdesk Automation Experts and Tech Support Spec at Hartford Steam Boiler. From July 2006 to September 2012, Mark served in a Service Desk capacity at The Hartford, before advancing to Service Desk Technician at Beazley in September 2012, where Mark continues to contribute. Mark attended Southern Connecticut State University for Computer Science and graduated from Fairfield Ludlowe High School.
