Matt Sheppard

Matt Sheppard is a successful senior finance leader with over 14 years of experience across blue chip companies, demonstrating expertise in business partnering, cost management, financial planning and analysis (FP&A), and finance transformation. They served as Head of Finance - Change Partnering at Beazley and are currently a Senior Finance Partner in Technology Optimisation at Lloyds Banking Group. Previously, Matt has held various accounting roles at BAE Systems and Lloyds Banking Group, contributing to significant financial projects and transformations. They earned a Bachelor's degree in Business Studies from the University of Portsmouth and became a qualified accountant through The Chartered Institute of Management Accountants.
