Raúl Rovira has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Raúl started their career in 2000 as a Commodities Trader/Marketing Officer at LAFISE, where they facilitated the connection between international NGOs and growers for agricultural projects. Raúl then worked as a Consultant at Cementos America S.A, assisting with market research and strategy. In 2003, they co-founded Fine Art Maps, a graphic design studio specializing in handcrafted maps. Raúl later joined Fox Latin American Channels as an Assistant Media Planner, supporting the creation of media plans and sales presentations. Raúl then worked at Royal Caribbean Cruises, Ltd. as an Account Executive/Content Creator, managing sales communication materials and producing video projects. Raúl subsequently worked as a Blogger/Creator/Locavore in Chief at Redroots Local Goodness Blog, promoting local food and products. From 2010 to 2014, they were a Creative Solutions/Writer + Content Creator at Univision Communications Inc., writing creative radio spots. From 2014 to 2022, Raúl worked at C-Com Group, Inc. as an Associate Creative Director and bilingual Copywriter, responsible for integrated campaign elements. Most recently, they served as an Associate Creative Director at WMX and is currently working as an Associate Creative Director at Beber Silverstein Group.
Raúl Rovira obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Agricultural Business/ Aquaculture from the University of Mobile in the years 1995-1999. Later, they pursued a Postgraduate Degree in Marketing & Publicity from Tecnológico de Monterrey (year unknown) and another Postgraduate Degree in Marketing and Publicity from Universidad Americana (UAM) in the year 2002. Raúl also completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree at Universidad Thomas More in the year 1999.
