Kyle J. Clay

Kyle J. Clay currently serves as Chief Operating Officer at beBright, focusing on excellence in pediatric and orthodontic dental care since January 2025. Prior to this, Kyle held the same title at Mosaic Dental Collective from February 2024 to November 2024, and was President at Signature Dental Partners from January 2020 to February 2023, both roles involving leadership in private equity-backed dental services organizations. Between May 2023 and June 2024, Kyle operated as a business coach at Clay and Company Consulting, LLC, assisting businesses with revenues between $5M and $50M. Earlier experience includes serving as Chief Operating Officer for Pain Doctor from February 2018 to October 2019, where oversight included 65 providers and 25 locations across three states with full P&L responsibility. Kyle J. Clay holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics from the United States Military Academy at West Point and an MBA in Healthcare, Business Administration, and Management from Vanderbilt University.
