Robert Hales is an experienced professional with a diverse background in engineering and management. Hales began a career in process engineering at Mars Petcare and MWH Global from 1999 to 2005 before transitioning into academia as a lecturer at Temasek Polytechnic. Hales has held various leadership roles in rail transportation, including positions at KiwiRail and Mott MacDonald, where as Design Manager, significant contributions were made to the Wiri to Quay Park project.
