Shannon Falconer

Shannon Falconer, CEO and founder of BioCraft, has a strong passion for animals and science. With a background in Biochemistry and Microbiology, Shannon's dedication to creating food products that benefit animals and humans alike is evident in their work at BioCraft. Prior to founding BioCraft, Shannon worked as a Postdoctoral Research Fellow at Stanford University School of Medicine. Shannon's educational journey includes a Master's Degree in Botany/Plant Biology from the University of Toronto, a Ph.D. in Biochemistry from McMaster University, and a Post-doctoral fellowship in Microbiology and Immunology from Stanford University.
